Apart from being a valued member of Aquarius Building Consultant's team, Adam's professional highlights include his past contractual and professional roles during the completion of multiple development and construction projects.

Adam carries a with him a wealth of experience to Aquarius Building Consultants, including Construction Claims Consulting, Construction Cost Consulting, Cost Management, Estimator, Project Coordinator,

A graduate of Fanshawe College, Adam's other skills include preparation of bid documents, value engineering, preliminary design development management, assembly of tender packages, tender review, contract selection, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, conceptual estimating, cost planning, life cycle cost plans, project scheduling and construction management.

PROJECT ROLE :

Within our Project Team Adam performs his role in tandem, alongside Colin, oppositely, in performing the critical primary function of addressing the application, management, and delivery controls for integrating the Architectural & Structural Assemblies & Utilized Material product Divisional Trade  building components that are technically utilized within every project model attempted. During every team innovation hypothesized, attempted or executed for testing output results. stage of the exercise; Adams expansive knowledge and understanding of building systems, material assemblies product performance details and practical application of usage within buildings, obligates himself in his role capacity to effectively manage the predominant & most influential variable inputs for literally all of the model efforts the our team completes.   As the assemblies and system components of any presented building design option, traditionally most influences the outputs achieved (as during all building model assessment efforts undertaken), the participation role that Adam plays (as mutually in tandem with Colin’s M & E System inputs) provides our team with appropriate input variables, data metrics and combination arrangements for producing viable output findings and information that is useful for the progression of our overall program mandates ass undertaken.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified Building Energy Modelling Professional Designated - Canadian Institute of Energy Training (CIET); PQS - Professional Quantity Surveyor (CIQS) - Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors; GSC - Gold Seal Certified (CCA - Canadian Construction Association);i Construction Engineering Management Diploma - Fanshawe College, London, Ontario, 1992-1995.

During his past experiences Adam has worked professionally at the Provincial Ministry level managing various .building & insfrastucture projects which correlate mutually with the project aspects undertaken during the present group efforts.
