BIOGRAPHY

A rare specialist in this field, Jan fulfills a niche role within Aquarius. Born in Warsaw Poland and educated at one of Eastern Europe's finest Universities, Jan joined our company at the beginning of 2008 to perform the role of both Contracts Specialist and Senior Cost Analyst. Jan's extensive experience includes banking, legal and municipal administration (working at various high levels of governance). At one point, he previously specialized in land and building acquisitions while working for the City of Warsaw as an acquisition officer. Jan holds a Master's Degree in Law with his specialization in construction and real estate.

Jan plays a significant role in managing our cost and document control. As the analyst for our team, Jan is consistent, dependable and displays exemplary accuracy within all his various capacities. His uncanny ability to manage cost trends and discover anomalies are only overshadowed by his application of solutions to the most challenging obstacles. His insight and adherence to cost control is second to none (nothing is ever overlooked). Our clients have consistently observed success in delivery of their projects, resulting from Jan's ongoing efforts.

PROJECT ROLE :

Jan represents our Project Team by completing most of the mathematical data analysis (technical, financial and algorithmic metrics) and assesses legislative & legal code influencers and implication outcomes during our modelling exercises. His assessment findings discovered from the technical & regulatory information reviews completed relative to the Federal & Provincial Legislation and Building Codes issued are used to continually provide updates to all of the other  Team Members during the project’s performance endeavours.

Brokerage Certification & Graduate of Real Estate Studies - Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management; Master’s Degree of Legal Studies - Ryszard Lazarski University of Commerce and Law (Warsaw, Poland), Specialization Diploma (Mathematics / Physics  & Computer Science) - Lajos Kossuth’s LXIII LO School (Warsaw, Poland)
