With experience of project managing residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, John brings a wealth of direct site experience to Aquarius.
John is well versed in the development application procedures required by municipalities in advance of construction and his knowledge in the interpretation of bylaw restrictions, political process and the intricate sequencing of permitting approvals aids in providing the required expertise in navigating the approvals process.
A graduate of the Sauder School of Business (UBC), John’s other skills include real estate evaluations, development feasibility analysis and municipal approvals expertise. He rounds off our team in his ability to provide a wide variety of functions and fulfill a number of roles in a consultant capacity.
During his four year tenure at Aquarius Building Consultants, John has amassed a strategic skill set; specializing within a consultancy capacity in the areas of project finance monitoring, capital reserve fund analysis and real estate development / construction management.
John's essential understandings are emphasized during his many successful project deliveries, where key skills must be maintained to ensure the consistency of success.
